Internal forced displacement in Ukraine as a challenge to social resilience

В статье рассматривается внутреннее перемещение, вызванное масштабной агрессией со стороны Российской Федерации, с точки зрения нового подхода — социальной устойчивости. Гуманитарные, экономические и социальные проблемы перемещенных лиц систематизированы по показателям, входящим в общепринятые инструменты оценки устойчивости. Анализ позволил сделать вывод о том, что вынужденная миграция является серьезным вызовом стабильности на уровне отдельных лиц, сообществ и общества в целом. В условиях затяжной войны долгосрочное решение проблем ВПЛ заключается не только в создании условий для их безопасного возвращения в места постоянного проживания, но и в содействии их интеграции в принимающие сообщества. Это чрезвычайно сложная задача, которая должна быть приоритетом для политиков и предметом постоянного внимания гражданского общества. Методологически исследование основано на использовании методов исторического, логического, сравнительного и научного абстрагирования.
